Sabrina L. Brown

Dr. Sabrina L. Brown serves as the Assistant Dean for Graduate Enrollment Management at UNC Charlotte, bringing over 17 years of distinguished experience in higher education. In this strategic leadership role, she oversees graduate recruitment, admissions, marketing, and enrollment planning, working closely with campus partners to enhance the student experience through data-informed practices and streamlined institutional processes.

Dr. Brown’s academic foundation began at UNC Charlotte with a B.A. in English, followed by an M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Clemson University and an MBA from Tennessee Technological University. She reached a significant professional milestone by earning her Doctorate in Education Leadership from Tennessee State University.

A passionate advocate for education, Dr. Brown is a recognized leader in the National Association for Graduate Enrollment Management (NAGAP) and its Southeastern Chapter. She also serves as the board secretary for the Youth Development Initiative, Inc., reflecting her deep commitment to community empowerment.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Dr. Brown is an avid traveler and enthusiast of live performances. She enjoys exploring new cultures and spending quality time with her loved ones and her cat, Riley.
