The Graduate School is seeking a graduate student candidate to assist the Graduate Admissions team. The graduate student temp will provide services to prospective and enrolled students, faculty and staff. The primary function of the position is to provide assistance to those who contact Graduate Admissions face to face in the office, by phone or by email, with questions and concerns. The Graduate Admissions Assistant also will support special projects such as Recruitment Fairs and Information Sessions.
The Graduate Admissions Assistant may also have opportunities for professional development based on their interests and the needs of the Graduate School.
This is a 12-month position working under the supervision of Maryanne Maree-Sams and Ellie Ivey. The Graduate Admissions Assistant will be expected to work when classes are not in session, with the exception of official University holidays.
