Metamaterials Center Receives New NSF Funding

Recognizing its innovative collaboration with industry and government partners, the Center for Metamatierals recently earned a third phase of National Science Foundation (NSF) funding.  The center, which works with specially engineered materials that are capable of amplifying or suppressing light and sound waves, is expected to receive additional funding of $250,000 over the next five years.
