Rojas Gonzalez Chosen for Pickering Foreign Affairs Fellowship

Betsabe Rojas Gonzalez, who expects to complete her B.S. degree in Economics this year, recently got a leg up on graduate school, winning the prestigious Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs Program graduate fellowship. 

Pickering fellows receive up to $84,000 for two years of graduate studies, internships and other professional development opportunities.

She also was chosen for the U.S. Foreign Service Internship Program, with internships in Washington, D.C., in summer 2021 and an assignment in a U.S. embassy or consulate abroad planned for summer 2022.
