The free workshop is a six-part series by the globally attended Penn Resilience Program.

UNC Charlotte graduate and undergraduate students are invited to take part in the Penn Resilience Program. The program is a series of free workshops that teach strategies and skills to help you reach your goals, manage stress and strengthen your relationships. These popular workshops have been attended by over a million leaders in medicine, sports, the military, government leaders, college students, corporate executives and more.

Charlotte is offering six, 60-75-minute in-person workshops. This program is a great opportunity to meet and build relationships with other students, share your experiences and learn strategies that will help you now and in the years ahead.

The workshops will focus on actionable strategies to help:

  1. Build strong relationships
  2. Juggle the demands of student life
  3. Manage stress, change, and adversity
  4. Increase well-being, focus and confidence
  5. Meet your academic goals
  6. Launch your post-UNC Charlotte career

This six-week workshop series will give you a Resilience Peer Certification. To gain this certification you will have to attend all six weeks of the workshop. You will receive a certification at the end of the series and a digital badge you can add to your resume as professional development.
