Readmission of Dismissed Graduate Students

Readmission of Dismissed graduate students

Students who have been academically dismissed from the Graduate School are not eligible for readmission as either a degree seeking or non-degree seeking graduate student.  However, if after two years the student can demonstrate the potential for academic success and/or personal and professional development since leaving the University, the student may initiate a request for readmission to the Graduate School.

Students who did not appeal the academic suspension can apply for readmission after sitting out one year. However, if the student did appeal the suspension and was denied reinstatement, they must sit out the full two year period.
