In the past year, the Thomas L. Reynolds held the Future Faculty Teaching Fellowship, aimed at helping doctoral students prepare their applications for tenure-track or other college teaching positions. Today, we spoke with some of the fellows about their experiences and the changes they have made as a result of the program.
