Join us for the first session of CGL’s Wellness Wednesday series. During today’s session, we will discuss a process of developing awareness regarding choices we make towards a healthy and fulfilling life. Our goal is to provide you with information about wellness and self-care and then engage attendees in an activity that will help you identify areas of self-care you can improve.

Benefits of knowing the kind and type of self-care that fits you the best include lower levels of anxiety and stress and prevention of burnout.
