Join us for the second session of CGL’s Wellness Wednesday series. During today’s session, we will discuss challenges international students may experience in relationships while studying in the U.S. We will also share some tools and tips to help you identify how to connect with domestic and other international students, what healthy relationships looks like, and how to implement healthy boundaries.

Benefits of implementing self-care within personal and professional relationships include lower levels of stress, stronger communication skills, and increased use of empathy.
