Whether you're a social scientist sending out a survey, an educational leader evaluating how to improve a curriculum, a software or computer scientist designing an app to improve data visualization, or an engineer exploring how to improve a device, you may need Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval before starting your research. In this workshop, you will hear from UNC Charlotte’s IRB office to learn about the process so that you know what to expect and plan for as an ethical researcher.
