Following is a quick reference to the systems and tools regularly used by graduate faculty and staff.
Enrollment Management: Edit online program listing, access training resources, create enrollment/graduation projections and manage enrollment plan. |
Recruitment: Portal for GPDs to view and add prospective student records; online RSVP form for information sessions and open houses. |
Graduate Assistantship initiation system, and nomination for competitive tuition award consideration (all require an assistantship) |
The Graduate School's student funding system is a new tool for Graduate Program Directors to view, nominate, see decisions, and track the complete funding package for all students in their program/s. Access will be provided as GPDs complete in-person or online Canvas training.
